Dharsi L.L.C-FZ ("Dharsi.ai", "we", "us") operates the Dharsi Vigil threat intelligence platform and the website vigil.dharsi.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you interact with our services.
When you submit the demo request form on vigil.dharsi.ai, we collect: your first name, last name, company name, job title, work email address, country, and an optional description of your SOC setup.
We use Plausible Analytics for cookieless, privacy-preserving visitor statistics. No personal data is collected through analytics. No cookies are used for tracking purposes.
Information submitted through the demo request form is used solely for sales follow-up and to arrange a product demonstration. We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Our demo environment and landing page are hosted on Microsoft Azure in the UAE North region. Form submission data is processed and stored within the UAE.

Dharsi Vigil is deployed on the client's own infrastructure. Client data never shares compute or storage with another organisation. For details on how IOC data and analyst account data are handled within the platform, refer to your organisation's Data Processing Agreement with Dharsi.ai.
