Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dharsi Vigil platform or the website vigil.dharsi.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Dharsi Vigil is an AI-powered IOC threat intelligence and incident investigation platform provided by Dharsi L.L.C-FZ. The demo environment at vigil.dharsi.ai is provided for evaluation purposes only and carries no uptime guarantee.

3. Intellectual Property

All source code, architecture, documentation, and associated materials comprising Dharsi Vigil are the exclusive intellectual property of Dharsi L.L.C-FZ. Access to the platform does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user.

4. Restrictions

Users may not: redistribute or sublicense the platform; reverse engineer or decompile any component; modify or create derivative works without written consent; use the platform to build a competing product; or share credentials outside their organisation.

5. AI-Generated Content

Dharsi Vigil uses artificial intelligence to synthesise threat verdicts. AI-generated analysis should be validated by a qualified analyst. Verdicts may be incomplete or incorrect. Dharsi L.L.C-FZ is not liable for decisions made based solely on AI-generated outputs.

6. OSINT Data

Clients provide their own API keys for OSINT sources. Dharsi L.L.C-FZ provides the integration layer only. Compliance with individual OSINT source terms of service is the client's responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Dharsi L.L.C-FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. SLA credits, where applicable under a commercial licence, are the sole contractual remedy for service interruptions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, unless the client's contract specifies DIFC or ADGM jurisdiction.
